The American company Matrix Industries has created a beverage cooler that uses neither freon, nor even the construction of conventional refrigerators.
The gadget uses the Peltier effect to cool the object. And the cooling rate is high. For example, a 340 ml water jar will cool in 1-2 minutes, and a 750 ml bottle in 3-5 minutes.
It is because of the rapid cooling Juno Rapid Chiller has received its second name "antimicrowave".
