Mortgages have made their way to the metaverseTerraZero has issued its first-ever mortgage on a site in the Decentraland metaconset, for $45,000, TerraZero CEO Dan Reitzek announced.
The deal has opened up a
new market for investment. Companies will now be able to originate loans and make money from it, and buyers will be able to buy and lease virtual land.
All they had to do for the mortgage was sign a contract and confirm their identity.Trends Review
