Paris-based startup Nextmind is working on a handy brain-computer interface. It is supposed that the developer's kit will cost only $400.

The device is non-invasive, weighs 60 grams and is attached to the back of the head. Eight electrodes made of a particularly sensitive material contact the head and measure brain activity.

Scientists from Massachusetts University have learned to print on 3d-printer jewelry composed of bacteria, which, in turn, glow with different colors.

This hybrid living jewelry consists of resins (for durability), gel from bacteria (mostly E. coli) and chemicals that cause the bacteria to glow when they interact. The color scheme depends mainly on the genus of the bacteria and the chemical.

Arcflash Labs has announced that it has a prototype Gauss gun, and anyone can pre-order one.

The gun, also called a linear mass gas pedal, uses a magnetic field created by an electric current flowing through a solenoid to accelerate a piece of ferromagnetic. The developed rifle is more precise and gives more velocity to the output.

Arcflash Labs, the company responsible for creating the weapon, reported that the rifle can accelerate 32mm metal fragments to speeds of 120 km/h. This model has a clip that can hold up to 10 rounds. The price of the rifle is $3375.

The company unveiled a prototype of a gaming PC in the form factor of a massive computer desk with a touch surface and RGB backlight.

Razer has designed 13 modules for the new PC: they are installed on magnetic snaps and can be replaced while the PC is running.

Beneath the glass PC tabletop hides a slim motherboard with the "latest components" from Intel and Nvidia.

The motherboard is mounted on a magnetic chassis: it can be reached by opening the tabletop.

The PC can be equipped with one of the two 65 or 77-inch OLED displays connected to the back of the table.

The Tesla G is an autonomous lawn mower capable of moving around the garden and, using Tesla's autopilot algorithm, actively scans the environment.

Sensors on the mower can help detect the difference between grass and plants, as well as actively perceive the boundaries of the lawn.

The Tesla G runs on solar power, but if, there is not enough light, it drives itself to its wireless charging hub to recharge as quickly as possible.
