From a 2009 Rape Crisis Centre study when they were estimating the foreign population at 10% although they count foreigners with Irish citizenship as Irish.
"African men were approximately ten times more likely to be accused of rape than would be expected, and Eastern European suspects were over seven times more likely to be accused given the proportion of the population that comes from Eastern Europe."
