Ok, what do we collectively think about the emerging rumor the House Democrats + RINOs next move against Trump will be a simple-majority vote to "censure" Trump and declare he "engaged in insurrection"?

I don't see anywhere the Constitution gives them that power. Only a court of law (or the Senate, which it did not do) can convict a person of having "engaged in insurrection".

So... will they try it anyway and see if they get away with it?
Will they try to rig a DC jury & judge against Trump to wrongfully convict him... all to bar him from future office?
