Internet personalities giving little effort to verify what they promote, their listeners are to addicted to the hopium and gullibly gobble it up. These influencers don’t seem to give a fuck do they? They’ll post or say whatever looks and sounds good to get the clicks and get paid from the sponsors. People are told endlessly to “do their research” by these influencers but they’re not taught HOW to research or given any techniques, leading their audiences to gobble up the dumb clickbait instead of having the skills to analyze information. If you try to urge caution and question the sloppy influencers or latest viral clickbait, you’ll get met with derision by those addicted to the stories. Do we even care what’s true these days or do we just want to be entertained? We need to take more responsibility and accountability with the information we promote, otherwise this Great Awakening will go around in circles and not progress. This is not a fucking game.
