Iran signs 110 million euro contract to repair El Palito refinery:

The state-owned National Iran Oil Engineering and Construction Company has signed a €110 million contract to repair and restart the 146,000-barrel-per-day El Palito refinery, Iran's official IRNA news agency said on Friday.

The deal follows negotiations led by Iran's Oil Minister Javad Owji, who traveled to Venezuela earlier this month and met with President Nicolas Maduro.
