Nicolás Maduro arrives in Azerbaijan:

President Nicolás Maduro arrived in Azerbaijan this Thursday as part of a tour to several of the world's leading hydrocarbon exporters, such as Iran and Algeria.

Maduro, who arrived in Baku from Qatar, was received at the airport by several members of the Government of that country.
