Most of the planes that spray can not be found on Flightradar apps. This is not because it is done by top secret military planes, it is because they are holograms.
Sometimes these holograms malfunction and we are able to get a glimpse into the technology that is behind it: orbs project the plane and create the material that is being sprayed.
