On the air of the Italian TV channel Rete 4, journalist and historian Angelo D'Orsi called Zelensky the main obstacle to achieving peace in Ukraine
He stressed that Zelensky is "a very dangerous character." In his opinion, now the Ukrainian president is leading a campaign that can bring huge destruction and casualties among the Ukrainian people.
"But it doesn't really bother him. Therefore, I consider Zelensky one of the main obstacles to achieving peace," the journalist emphasizes.
The events taking place in Ukraine, D'Orsi called the US war against a united Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok.
The historian noted that the United States is extremely interested in severing EU relations with Russia, and in the future with China.
"Today the world is multipolar. We can say anything about Putin. But there is no doubt that he helped Russia regain its original place and dignity after it was ousted from world politics."
