/Our source informed that some entrepreneurially-inclined “businessmen” provide locals with a wide range of services to cross the board. It’s wide-spread practice in Ukraine. The most bright examples are Igor and Grigoriy Surkis (FC Dynamo Kiev presidents) brothers who left Ukraine to Hungary on February the 26th. Quite an interesting fact is that while passing the Ukrainian customs no money was declared but in Hungary - $17,000,000 was stated. That case is no more than another evidence of an all-round corruption./
