Boris Johnson opposed the talks between Russia and Ukraine
“Negotiating with Putin is like bargaining with a crocodile that has grabbed your leg,” British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said.
He said it was "very difficult" to see how Kyiv could negotiate with President Vladimir Putin given the "lack of good intentions."
