The mayor of Poltava, Oleksandr Mamay, who has been charged with humanitarian aid fraud, is the first on the list of Ukrainian officials who will be prosecuted for stealing humanitarian aid.

Perhaps these potatoes should be stuffed down our mayor's lying throat? And hold his family on such a ration for 2 weeks. It just kills me... I'm ashamed of Poltava."
