FAKE NEWS’ TIME HAS COME AND THEY KNOW IT
The SLT reached out to me through email and asked to have a phone conversation with me regarding my lawsuits and to address the rumor I was running for office. I was on vacation at the time and said I would be more than happy to make a statement and address any rumors later in the week. He informed me he had a deadline the next day, could not wait, and continued to say he would put in the paper that I declined to comment. I further cautioned him not to print something that was false because I was more than happy to offer him answers to his questions and even provided a full statement (of which he cherry picked from).
So here we are. On his article he labeled me a domestic terrorist, conspiracy-fueled, sovereign citizen, above the law, far-right, and an extreme individual. It’s laughable and it’s libel. I have all the documentation and dates to prove anything I need to.
First, I oppose state national or sovereign citizen status with everything I have. There’s plenty of public documentation and video footage where I have warned people of this movement and that nothing supersedes the status of a Creation of God. Radical? That’s what the British thought when the same status was made in the Declaration of Independence by the Founders.
As far as him accrediting any statement from the FBI (and labeling me a domestic terrorist), I believe the American people have wised up to the corruption that spilled out from the FBI’s recent conspiracy with the White House to go after parents attending school board meetings. Further evidence of this is Ms. Bishop who had her home raided by the FBI for speaking her thoughts at a school board meeting.
Further, he takes out of context the conversation I had with an individual regarding a parallel commerce system and the right to defend our life and property (family). Well, the Supreme law (Constitution) rests on the 2A and one’s right to defend themselves (life and property). This was displayed in the most timely manner with the victory of K.R. in his riveting case. Moreover, may I point out in the Declaration of Independence that the power in the American Revolution was a people recognizing the need to separate from a governmental system that became abusive. There is not an action I have taken that has not been within the bounds of law. In fact, I’ve utilized law as I have tested every system in my work. I have nothing to hide. I believe in law (thus my standing on the Constitution), and I’m not anti-government (or I would not be running for Congress). It’s oxymoronic and ludicrous.
I have all the evidence that I contacted government before the sheriffs and filing a lawsuit. In fact, I did everything I could and this was a last resort. My work speaks for itself. But what is noteworthy is that each defendant has a claim that ends in 1776, in memory of our Founders.
To this end, I thank SLT for the publicity and for the ability of Utahns to see who I really am, even if libel was created against me. I knew full-well that I was ready to run for office and yet I still stood by Mike Brown (who DSD has targeted). This transparency displays that I stand with Utahns on principles. I believe we will save the Constitution and we need to clean house. Yes, even in the government.
