Go to robocheck.cc and search using the name and address.
You will get the SSN, DOB and extra details of the account owner.
Next, get Truthfinder or InstantCheckmate and do a background search on the person using the name, dob and address.
Once you have all of this ready, you can now apply for SBA using all these details.
SBA pays when the name of the applicant is the same name on the bank info.
