The usual city hospital and the usual buffet with very tasty fresh (?) Food and a wide (?) Choice. Pay attention to the advanced service, staff interested in their work and the demand for this point. If you look closely, you will notice a modern reception in the corner. This is all sarcasm, of course. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

And then they ask me if I miss my homeland? How can you be bored while such photographs and stories emerge from every corner of the country. Every time you are surprised, but you seem to get tired of being surprised, because it becomes habitual. I won't say anything about the work of the hospital itself. How can I imagine that you have to wander along these corridors, it is not clear where to look for your medical card, sit out in lines with evil people, inhale a disgusting smell from all sides and contemplate the most unpleasant and beaten design of the hospital itself. You can't even compare with American medicine. Every trip to get medical treatment or check-up is a pleasant thing. You feel immediately better, as soon as you go there, and the sympathetic and kind staff have not yet approached you. Everything is clean, neat, modernly decorated, fast, understandable, high quality. And if you want to eat, then the place will be quite civil and tasty, with normal human food. Even for homeless people, catering looks much better.
