Spruce Head, Maine -
The wage is $13.50/hr and about 40 hours per week.
Students will help serve breakfast, prep food, and do dishes. On the job training is provided.
Responsibilities may include:
• Help the sous chef with food prep
• Help serve guests breakfast
• Dishwashing: wash dishes and ensure that all items are put in their respective locations around the kitchen.
• End of day: at the end of each shift breakdown the necessary stations and clean up
Employer has housing on site. The student has access to the kitchen.
Housing is $30 a week. The cost/job also covers breakfast and dinners on nights the restaurant is open.
