A naked man was shocked with electricity on Harlem subway after he shoved another subway rider on the tracks and jumped down to prevent the man from being rescued.
On Saturday, at about 4 p.m. a completely naked man showed up on the platform of the Central Park North/110th St. station and started dancing in front of the random people, according to the unidentified witness who made a video of the incident.
