The #Fulbright Specialist Program is proud to have Dr. Chansheng He in #Uzbekistan to support academic exchange of faculty and students between National University of Uzbekistan and Western Michigan University. Dr. He will work with students and faculty to share his expertise in water resources management, and to present lectures and seminars on large scale ecological issues. The Specialist is excited to experience Uzbek culture and explore ways to grow the cooperation between universities in the U.S. and Uzbekistan.
