I’ve been asked a dozen times or so about the chances of the preliminary injunctions against the machines filed in AZ and abroad. Every time, I found myself repeating “watch out for the enemy raising legal standing as a defense.”
It worked for the enemy in over 400 election related lawsuits. I didn’t expect the enemy to stop using what has worked for them in the past.
I’m a proponent of fighting on as many fronts as you can.
The filing of a well pled preliminary injunction is not only based in sound black letter law, but the plaintiffs should have prevailed on the merits in AZ. Team Lindell and their experts made a compelling case. It’s not the fault of Lindell, the plaintiffs, or their attorneys.
This is a matter of corruption.
And when corruption is king, the doctrine of legal standing is the enemy’s weapon of choice.
The county commission strategy does not put the fate of our republic in the hands of an unaccountable judge or a feckless legislature. The fate is put in the hands of “We the People” where hundreds and thousands of patriots go to battle with 3 to 5 commissioners.
We have to leverage our numbers folks. It’s our super power.
