The great Internet Computer, after an steady decline until mid Jun, showed some signs of strength which do not look strong enough to me. However anyone may extract some bullish information from the chart, but you have to remember there is always an other side for the market.
On one hand you can consider this loss of momentum in decline as a bullish fact and consider the range as an accumulation area, on the other and it can be considered as a correction for the decline and a continuation pattern like a triangle or pennant which might be forming.
Not to mention about the founders who are dumping their huge bags like exit scams, which makes the Fundamental background of the project a bit dark.
So I choose waiting. A break of Range High/Low can be a good sign of continuation.
