If you want the shorter version of story, compare it to SOL's rally from the bottom of its chart.
It is not suggested to buy at a resistance and you'd better wait for a breakout or noticeable retracement, but it wont kill you either if you get a small amount here (compared to what you are planning to invest).

However the monthly and weekly candles of Gold looked very bullish after the bounce from 1680 levels, I was waiting to get a bit clearer view.
Most likely the pattern which started at the end of May is still in play and we will see at least one more sharp drop like the previous two following the May top. It should be smaller compared to them but I'm not sure whether it will began from here or a bit higher.
The marked area around 1750 is current support. If price clearly breaks the resistance here, it will turn into another strong support. The mentioned pattern may end at either one of these two support areas.
Not to mention another test of the 1680 - 1700 area (marked on the chart) seems very unlikely.

ETH looked like the stronger one a while ago, but now first new ATH is on SOL. Just as most of other large caps there was a decent triangle and gave us a nice trading opportunity.
Back then after the big May dump I was almost sure that there is going to be a relatively large correction, but a complex correction with a large X-wave that starts with a triangle? I wasn't expecting that.

There are 2 scenarios:
1. The scenario that looks a bit more possible than the other one is that the correction is still in play and the current rally is an X-wave which should lead to another bearish pattern of the similar size and structure to the pattern prior to X-wave (the triangle) to extend the correction before loading the strong trend that follows such formations.
2. The correction has already ended with triangle. In that case, what you need to do is to draw a fib from the lowest price you see on the following chart to the previous ATH and project it from the end of triangle and wait for your targets to be hit.

Either of the scenarios should result in a strong mid-term rally, but the first scenario indicates a much better one.

The marked zone (4360-4650) is a cluster of important fibs. That makes it more important than the broken channel.
However, a sharp pullback into the channel seems necessary to start a dump which can not be witnessed yet.
Sustaining above the fib cluster will provide a strong ground for further rally. In that case, 5265 and 5820 are next likely objectives which contain, however fewer, but important projected fib levels.

2021 August 12 Update

Release Notes:
New indicator mode - Cumulative: I just kept up with my old fashion of making scripts a bit complicated instead of going for a new one. However, thanks to TradingView I could put the other new stuff into a different section.
This mode represents the cumulative form of DMF.
Note that Line changes color on slow MA cross on this mode. I will try to work more on theming next time.
Experimental options: this section includes options that are better to be left unchanged unless there is no better choice or unless the changes are tested.

However I was having an eye on this one myself, but like the previous one it doesn't look very good on the chart and bears have the upper hand on a bit lower TFs.
It may worth to risk a bit on this because of the Fundamental background and the tight SL offered ATM.
