GOLD (XAUUSD) Indecision & Intraday Outlook

hey traders,

Gold is currently stuck within a contracting trading range.
The price sets lower highs and higher lows forming a classic symmetrical triangle.

For intraday trading, I would consider breakouts.

In case of a bullish violation of a falling trend line ,
I will expect a continuation to 1750 resistance.

In case of a bearish violation of a rising trend line ,
I will expect a drop to 1720 support.

I remain bearish biased but let's wait for the big players' decision. Open / Comment

EURUSD is taking off from a strong confluence zone.

The underlined blue area is based on a falling trend line and a local 4H horizontal support.

Today's market opening is very bearish for silver .
We see a sequence of strong bearish candles on 4H.

Moreover, the price managed to break and close below a rising trend line and a neckline of a h&s pattern.

Now I expect a bearish continuation to 25.15

Double top is a classic reversal pattern.

It signifies the exhaustion of the market and its unwillingness to set a new higher high in a bullish trend. Instead of that the market retests the level of the last high and retraces setting the equal high.

Note: the pattern is considered to be completed only when the market retraces to the level of the last higher low.

Remember: completed formation of a double top pattern is not a selling signal for us.

We should treat this pattern as a warning, and the indicator of the potential market reverse.

The reversal signal for us is the bearish violation (candle close below) of the last higher low level (based on candle close, not wick).

EURGBP is trading in a sharp bearish trend .

For now, 0.854 is a current structure low.
Though the price keeps setting lower highs, it didn't manage to set a new low.

The trigger that we are waiting for is a daily violation of the underlined yellow support.

Wait for a daily breakout (daily candle close below).

It will lead to a bearish continuation to new lows.

The price reached its support this night and on that a dodji candle was formed.

NZDCAD: Trend Following Opportunity

NZDCAD is trading in a bearish trend for quite a while.

Recently the price has set a new local low.
Now we see a retracement and retest of the previous one that now turned into resistance.

On hourly the price formed a double top pattern within a resistance cluster.

To short wisely, wait for a breakout of 0.8968 minor support.

Then the price will most likely drop.

In case of a bullish violation of the underlined zone, setup will be invalid.
