#USDJPY is trading in a strong bullish trend on a daily.
Ahead, I see a solid horizontal resistance from where the market
may initiate a correctional movement.

Analyzing a price action on 4H time frame, I noticed that the pair started to slow down. The price is currently trading within a rising channel.

To catch the initiation of a correctional movement, wait for a bearish breakout of the support of the channel. 4H candle close below that will confirm the violation. A bearish continuation will be expected then.

Alternatively, a bullish breakout of the underlined blue are will be a strong bullish signal.

Gold formed a morning star pattern on a daily time frame.
The formation consists of 3 candles:
Bearish candle,
Doji candle with a rejection from the downside,
Strong bullish candle.

That formation signifies a highly probable bullish continuation next week.

4H time frame gives a very nice confirmation with inverted head and shoulders pattern.

I will expect growth at least to 1930

The main focus of this week is, of course, FED Interest Rate Decision.
I believe that the Dollar related instruments will be relatively calm before the news release, and we will most likely see the active movement only then.

However, remember that big players are already accumulating their positions. For that reason, monitor the intraday time frames for the signs of smart money.

I will keep watching the market as well and if I see some good confirmations I will definitely share with you.
Also, I will do the LIVE session for you on Wednesday and help you to prepare for the FOMC.
