1- Invitation to candidates expecting to write CSE Mains 2022 Exam ---

So, going into next step of innovation, by dovetailing 2 schemes of Government of Uttar Pradesh (this institute & Abhudaya scheme), candidates going to write CSE Mains 2022 are invited to prepare here with separate residential facilites for girls & boys at this institute.

1.1- Total free of cost facility---

Those belonging to UP+SC+family annual income below rs 6 lacs... Will have free lodging, fooding & coaching including any outsourcing faculty like test series etc.

1.2-Free of cost facility other than mess expenses ---

Those belonging to UP but not fulfilling above criterion (either due to different income criterion or category) will be covered under Abhyudaya scheme... & Will have to pay for fooding only (rs 2250 per month... However for needy candidates this amount can be contributed by kind hearted persons).

1.3-Free of cost facility except expenses on individual-------

Other than these (belonging to any category/religion/income/state) candidates will be provided free residential facilities & all common facilities available free of cost. However they will have to pay for any facility available for individual like mess payment & test series etc. (Undoubtedly, maximum efforts will be made to ensure crowd funding for candidates, if required). (As resource persons of future).

2-Earn while Learn Facility-

As all these candidates will be an asset for this institute & looking into their potential they will be provided "Earn while learn" facility as per their credentials & capabilities, so that they can continue their dignified preparation without taking any support from family or elsewhere.

3-“Earn While learn” as resource persons ----

Those who have 1. appeared in CSE/UPPCS mains twice or 2. more or with medical/engineering background having potential to coach for NEET/JEE aspirants or 3. others having potential to coach for NDA/CDS exams, will have handsome opportunities to earn too.

4-Motto behind this out of turn step--

Main aim of these innovative steps is two sided. One to come up for support of candidates during struggle period as a indicative of support from nation system ( it is essential in any developed society as it may provide high enthusiasm to candidates after selection to highly dedicate for Nation so as to keep upward such support system to everyone in need- little tribute to profounder of equal opportunity to all) & second one to strengthen this institution as by strengthening it's alumni committee so that any officer in future could not dare to compromise quality here by considering its entrants just voiceless).

About maintaining quality of preparation for CSE here, Senior along with new selected officers of Team Mock interview Program, Some already selected officers have agreed to provide guidance. We have requested to ONLY IAS, resource persons from JNU, DU & IGNOUto support us, what for they have agreed. Alongwith we are trying to ensure association with other renowned platforms.

Hope you are doing good!

One thing I want to share about preparation which I realized after this prelims is the importance of WRITING OFF.

We all are aware about bank write off loans. We also know the reason - to shed of unuseful liability. So, why cant we implement me in our strategy.

WRITE OFF the things which look difficult to cover in the limited amount of time. WRITE OFF the parts which are not cost-effective given the time constraint.

THIS IS IMPORTANT ONLY WHEN THE EXAM IS NEARING. BUT AT THAT TIME THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Because when the exam is on the door, along side syllabus, you need Mental Peace. You need calmness and not anxiety about the pending syllabus/revisions.

So, just write-off some topics to get the calmness of mind on the day of the exam.

Ye अंतिम पग Hai is phase ka. Give your best jump tomorrow. Irrespective of expectations. In my 8 years of brief journey ,I have seen astonishing results of people. This exam is RUSSIAN ROULETTE after a particular level of preparation, strategy and effort. ONE CAN NEVER KNOW what's his/her actual position in the queue/circle.

Its such a leveller exam that even the RANK 1 of this next cycle will also be having same SELF DOUBTS , same ANXIETY, same FEARS OF UNKNOWN, same REGRET OF MISSING OUT ON SOME PORTION OR AREA OF SYLLABUS and SAME BUTTERFLIES as others as of now.

So DON'T JUDGE yourself now. It's time to act. It's the time for NISHKAMA KARMA. Kal raat k baad yahi krna h kuchh din, but aaj nahi kal sham tak nhi. Give yourself a FAKE CONFIDENCE For NEXT 24 HOURS (trust me almost all successful people of Upsc do it at this point of time) !

Just go with flow, अगर तुम्हारी क़िस्मत में लिखा है तो तुम्हें मिल के रहेगा । THE WHOLE UNIVERSE WILL CONSPIRE for you. Just trust the universe for Next 24 hours.

Just 3Cs ,I will suggest you to preserve till next evening - CALMNESS, CONFIDENCE and COMMON SENSE ! बस यही चाहिए, बस यही चाहिए ।

Congratulations to those who made it to the list. Congratulations for you will get great opportunity to serve the society.

For those who could not, dont lose hope. Its the test of your strength, patience and determination.

In this wind of celebration or despair, I would say, dont get flowed. Focus.
Its time to study. Keep studying.

Sometimes response to not so important questions becomes headlines like ‘when you are getting married’, personal questions or political questions. Aspirants are not used to facing these many questions and interviews. Be very CAREFUL while giving response to any media persons.
Sometimes I used to choose not to answer to those questions which I used to to think is breaching my privacy or are irrelevant. At the same time try to maintain smile while dealing with even difficult questions !!
The good thing is if you keep calm and think before giving reply then you will learn very quickly to handle media.

5) Handling Fake social media accounts

A lot of fake social media account of mine propped up within minutes of the result. Many aspirants might face this issue. In the name of you, many might do unimaginable things like talking to girls, selling fake notes, spreading fake news etc !!

What I did-

a) Made my own social media account- I did for Instagram and Twitter. If you don’t have time for this, tell your close friends to make it (my batchmates from IDAS helped me a lot) and then while giving media interviews make it clear on which platform you are present and in which you are not. Also mention about your fake accounts to media persons.

b) Report fake accounts and told my friends also to do it.

c) Made a video and shared on my real social media account stating which all are my real account and mentioned few fake accounts which gained a lot of followers.

6) Giving back to the Community

No one can deny the fact that in recent years aspirant community has benefitted a lot by many toppers who honestly shared their strategies. This in turn has made this exam preparation more democratic. This is also reflected in the result where people from all socio-economic background are coming.

So one should share his/her strategy honestly. I would suggest to have your own platform and limiting interactions through platforms being provided by others (like coaching institutions)

One can choose platform of his/her choice like blogging, YouTube, telegram etc. I made a telegram channel to share my thoughts !!
