2021-08-19 05:06:47 Enacting the immigration platform President Trump ran and won on in 2016 would be a beginning.

This isn’t the same as saving the country. That would require at least doing what Trump didn’t even broach. It means abolishing racial discrimination in law, i.e. Affirmative Action. It would mean reversing Critical Race Theory and other forms of anti-white indoctrination. It would mean an immigration moratorium, with perhaps a partial exception for authentic refugees suffering from political repression and who have something to contribute (like, say, the Afrikaners). However, while it isn’t sufficient, stopping immigration cold is at least necessary.

Yet who will propose such a policy? Former President Trump, presumably to embarrass Joe Biden, wants to bring in more Afghan “refugees.” Other Republican governors support this position. The Republican Party, if anything, is in danger of doubling down on the neoconservative Invade-The-World, Invite-The-World policies of the George W. Bush years.

If there’s a leader of the populist right with a sizable platform who could conceivably advance any productive program, it’s television host Tucker Carlson on Fox News—and that’s hardly the same thing as having a mass political base.

At what cost? In July, Open Borders Inc. advocates helped push through $1 billion in new funding for the Afghan SIV program. The cash benefits flow immediately—including resettlement grants, cash, medical assistance, social services, employment services, food stamps, case management services and welfare that can last up to five years. Despite all that, the feds found that 60% of SIV holders were unemployed 90 days after arrival.

Meanwhile, Afghan SIV holders in Northern Virginia—where the numbers have increased more than tenfold since fiscal year 2013 and almost doubled from fiscal years 2015 through 2016, according to the Government Accountability Office—were straining schools, hospitals and affordable housing before COVID-19 chaos. Imagine what the impact will be now—and don't be naive about the demographic and electoral consequences of recklessly throwing open the gates to these masses, let alone the public safety and national security implications of allowing untold numbers of refujihadis to blend in with the refugee population, which I've reported on extensively in my books and columns.

2021-08-18 20:32:56 Okay, 99% of Muslims in Afghanistan want sharia to be the official law of the land, and 99.7% of Afghans are Muslims, so I’d say that in Afghanistan: Sharia = Democracy and Democracy = Sharia.

Further, Afghans don’t want some watered-down namby-pamby modern version of sharia fit for extolling in TED Talks and at Davos. The huge majority of Afghans want the Iron Age straight stuff complete with hand-chopping of thieves and stoning of adulterers...
