The Tinder co-founders and several former and current senior executives will receive $441 million in damages from Match Group, the owner of Tinder.

Back in 2018, they filed a lawsuit against Match Group. The case was that they had exercised stock options. The plaintiffs claimed that Match Group, by manipulating data, undervalued Tinder by $3 billion, causing the founders and senior executives to end up with less money. And now they have reached a voluntary settlement, dropping their claims.
