The Here One earbuds are impressive in a lot of different ways: the sound quality is the best you’ll find on truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds; the hardware design is superb; and the sound manipulation technology is robust and a taste of truly augmented reality while scratching at some fascinating social implications. But occasionally spotty Bluetooth connections and insufficient battery life handcuff the experience, especially when you consider the $300 price tag.
