A Mexican court allowed recreational marijuana use.

The Mexican Supreme Court has allowed the use of marijuana by adults for recreation with one but - smoking in public places and in the presence of children is prohibited.

Adults can get permission to carry up to 28 grams of grass and to grow up to eight bushes for personal use. “Today is a historic day for freedoms,” said Chief Justice Arturo Zaldivar.
