Data from all official EU-27 weapons export registries show that
between 2015 and 2020, at least 10 EU member states exported weapons worth 346 million euros to russia. France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Slovakia and Spain were selling "military equipment" to russia in various quantities.
Interestingly,
on July 31, 2014, the Council of Europe adopted a Decision prohibiting the sale of weapons, military equipment and dual-use goods to russia, in connection with the destabilization of the situation by russia in Ukraine.
