The mayor of Hiroshima quoted Tolstoy at the memorial ceremony for the victims of the bombing

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Mayor Kazumi Matsui spoke at the ceremony to commemorate the victims of the atomic bombing in Hiroshima. During the speech, Matsui quoted the Russian writer Leo Tolstoy, Nikkei reports.
