The new structure in effect reduce the duration of pre university education. More so the pndc government carried out several rural developmental projects like rural electrification programme. In conclusion pndc improve the agricultural sector by providing loans available yo coco farmers,agricultural input such as coco seedlings insecticide and farming implement. The government went further and established farmers day for the purpose of honouring hardworking and Distinguished farmers and Fishermens
