- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL Modules like Incident, Change and Problem Management.
- Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.

Job Description :
- Monitor and detect batch jobs for failures.
- Start jobs, tasks and scripts manually where automated processes do not exist.
- Investigate and report on all jobs, tasks and scripts that end abnormally if operations procedures require.
