We Are Already Free

2022-05-17 19:56:33 Even living on a piece of beautiful land in an incredible eco village, i find myself drawn to ‘doing’. Always filling my time with ‘something very important’ and wondering why i feel so distracted.

The first step is awareness, noticing the moments where, instead of being here now, i reach for another distraction action.

Slow down my breath, forgive myself for my mistakes, feel into what this moment is asking of me. And then, act from this place of knowing gnosis.

Wishing you presence and the full awareness that you are enough, beloved reader.
