During this 75-minute interactive cooking class, Yana will introduce you to the pantry staples essential to her cuisine and we’ll make one of the Philippines’ most famous dishes: kare-kare. This peanut butter-based curry/stew usually stars oxtail, but in this class we'll explore a vegetarian version that still maintains the flavor profile of the dish.
