Webster Prof. Heather Gordon is a non-profit and small business consultant. As an experienced college instructor, Heather is exploring Uzbek culture through the Leif J. Sverdrup Global Teaching Fellowship at Webster University in Tashkent where she is teaching value creation, management, and communication focusing on developing entrepreneurs’ skills for business success. Through her company, Heather Gordon Consulting, she focuses on advancing organizational effectiveness through transitional leadership. Heather earned her bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia and her Master's of Business Administration from Mercer University.
