We have 2 amazing speakers visiting us tomorrow: Dr. Reza FathollahZadeh Aghdam and Dr. Nisar Ahmad. These two professors working at the College of Economics and Political Science of Sultan Qaboos University will be delivering a guest lecture on «The relationship between energy and development: A comprehensive note on correlation and causation». This event should be interesting a lot for Econ students and MBA students. So, join us!
About speakers
Dr. Nisar Ahmad did his Master and PhD in Economics from Aarhus University Denmark. He worked in the University of Southern Denmark as a post doctorate, assistant, and associate professor for five year. He is currently working as an associate professor at the Department of Economics and Finance at Sultan Qaboos University.
Dr. Reza FathollahZadeh Aghdam works at the Department of Economics and Finance Sultan Qaboos University (SQU). He has been teaching various economics courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including energy economics and environmental economics. Before his doctoral candidacy in 2001 at the University of Technology Sydney, he worked as an energy economist in reputable energy institutes. He obtained his MSc degree in Energy Economics (1994) from Tehran University with a prestigious scholarship from the Ministry of Petroleum, Iran.
