Campaign update:
There is outside money involved against me - for no other reason than I am me.
Monied people do not like me because I do, say, and believe as I do.
It’s not completely right to explain this invading opposition as “liberal” or “Democrat.”
It’s something more visceral.
As though my candidacy of giving God the glory and grounding for my ideas is the crib of an infant movement.
Not just a movement of “rising up” or “reclaiming our rights” but a movement of returning to the most fundamental issue that is always on every ballot: truth.
Jesus Christ is the truth.
And by bending every issue’s knee to Him, the deceptive frame of partisan politics is dashed with distinctive definition.
Namely, that by pointing to Christ in my candidacy, I war with the framework that enslaves all thought - let alone political discourse.
Conservatism is a tossed pebble compared to the Rock of Ages.
Liberalism dwarfs Auschwitz compared to the liberty in Christ.
And so, to suffocate my candidacy in its crib, the godless commies pour dark money in.
They’ve deployed over $100,000 against a random guy in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma because he talks about Jesus Christ.
