Whale Alerts | Liquidations is a fully automated feed: every post is a single-line liquidation notice pulled from Bitmex, Binance, Bybit and OKX, formatted identically — exchange, long or short, trading pair, liquidation price, and the buy or sell size in dollars.
The sampled posts, all from a single day, cover a wide spread of pairs: BTC and ETH in both spot-quoted (BTCUSDT) and coin-margined perpetual (BTCUSD_PERP) form, majors like ADA and DOGE, and more volatile names such as ZEC, HYPE, ASTER and TRUMP. Liquidation sizes range from roughly $52K up to a $1.7M long liquidation on BTCUSD_PERP, with both long and short squeezes represented rather than a one-sided feed. Fifteen posts landed on that single date in the sample, so this runs as a near-continuous stream rather than a digest.
Good: the format is consistent and readable at a glance — exchange, direction, price, size, nothing else — which makes it easy to scroll and spot clusters of large liquidations on a given pair without wading through commentary. Coverage across four major exchanges and both spot-quoted and coin-margined perps gives a broader picture than a single-exchange bot would.
Missing: there is no aggregation, no daily or weekly totals, no context on what triggered a cascade, and no distinction between routine liquidations and unusually large ones beyond the raw dollar figure. A reader has to do the pattern-spotting themselves; nothing here explains why a pair suddenly saw a wave of long or short liquidations.
This suits an active derivatives trader who wants a raw, unfiltered liquidation tape to watch alongside their own charts, and is comfortable interpreting the numbers without narrative. It is not for anyone looking for market commentary, price predictions, or a summarized daily recap — none of that is here, only the tape itself.
