You can survive
• 3 hours of exposure (no shelter)
• 3 days without water
• 3 weeks without food (than you body fat)

Mine isn't usable as a tent replacement, but it is totally awesome as dry storage. But, I also don't HAVE to sleep in this - if I had to, I would shiver and be cold for the night but I would survive.
