Been seeing some questions recently about the CAKE supply.
It's actually super easy to confirm the supply of a token for yourself!
Here's how
1. Check the HOLDERS tab of CAKE token contract: https://bscscan.com/token/0x0e09fabb73bd3ade0a17ecc321fd13a19e81ce82#balances
2. Subtract the amount of CAKE in the burn address from the “Total Supply”
3. That’s it!

The Burn Address is a BSC address that no tokens can ever be retrieved from. That’s what it means when we “burn” tokens every week. Learn more about token burns.
If you check now, the numbers will be different to the image. This is because more CAKE is made every block: that’s where the yield from farms and syrup pools comes from.

In one year, we’re already down from 40 per block to 15 per block.
