Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience as a billing analyst in a similar industry.
Requirements: Issue invoices, pre-invoices, credit memos and billing adjustments. Verify new client and new campaign details working with sales and operation teams. Assist customer support and sales teams with billing inquiries
Handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues. Create & ensure clients’ billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
