Business Lead - Services Line of Business

Our client urgently requires the services of a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to pioneer our clients healthcare solutions organization as a Business Lead for a relatively new Line of Business.

This role is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our services division while effectively coordinating the daily operations of the team.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy and Growth:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion for the Services Line of Business.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and implement innovative strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics for the Services Line of Business.

2. Sales and Business Development:
- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and pricing models to maximize revenue generation.

3. Team Management and Coordination:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team members to ensure their professional growth, engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, timely project delivery, and exceptional service quality.

4. Financial Management:
- Oversee financial aspects of the Services Line of Business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, performance metrics, and KPIs to track business performance and inform strategic decision-making.

5. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with other business leads, departments, and teams within the organization

Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar business leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry or healthcare solutions domain.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Solid of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and service delivery models.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Financial management skills with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make data-driven business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
