Spain became the first European country to officially recognize the use of chemical aerosol spraying on the population.
In accordance with the declaration of the state of emergency, they recognized that the military emergency unit and the biochemical military unit have the appropriate know-how and capabilities. They claim that they use it for security reasons in the fight against Covid-19, but back in 2015, a Spanish congressman revealed in the European Parliament that four employees of the Spanish Meteorological Agency admitted that Spain was sprayed with lead dioxide, silver iodide and diatomite.
