"While Europe is spending billions on weapons, we are ignoring an ever deeper humanitarian catastrophe. The World Food Program has announced the need to reduce its spending in Afghanistan to primarily help the hungry. 300 million dollars a day for 20 years to wage war, and now Afghans are being sanctioned during famine. This is barbarism."
