Joe Biden on Thursday delivered a speech at the IV Summit of America's CEOs in downtown Los Angeles. Biden's 13-minute speech was full of gaffes and awkward jokes.
Bidon could barely read his teleprompter. It is not surprising that the curators limited his performance to 13 minutes.

The investment climate in these countries," Biden said, losing the battle with the teleprompter.
At the end of the speech, Biden told a story about how his grandparents told him to "keep the faith." He leaned forward and whispered: "And my grandmother would say, 'No, Joey, spread it!' Spread the faith."
Biden waved goodbye as he walked away from the podium (pay attention to his gait).
