BREAKING: Belarus Joins Russian Invasion Of Ukraine; More Refugees Expected

ZÁHONY (Worthy News-Telegram)— Ukrainian authorities say troops from Belarus have entered a region in northern Ukraine to join the Russian invasion of the country.

A Belarusian column of some 33 units reportedly entered the area of Chernihiv on Tuesday. The support from Belarus, Russia’s ally, came as satellite images showed a large Russian military convoy towards Ukraine’s capital Kyiv following shelling that left scores of Ukrainian civilians and soldiers dead. The clashes have led to a significant influx of refugees including in Hungary, where at least some 100,000 people have arrived since Thursday.
