In all history, only two people have swum along the entire length of the Mississippi River, which is 3,782 km long. They were: in 2002 Slovenian long-distance swimmer Martin Strel and former US Navy SEAL Chris Ring in 2015. Strel swam in 68 days, while Ring took 181 days.
