NATO Allies FURIOUS with Biden Over Moscow Talks (reports)

Eastern European NATO members are reportedly fuming at President Biden’s plans to hold talks between Moscow and Brussels, and demand clarification on exactly what POTUS wants to discuss. (Bloomberg)
