The issue of Armenian prisoners of war will be discussed at the plenary sitting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE)

The Assembly voted today:
93 members supported
21 against
18 abstentions

As a result, the agenda is now approved and the discussion will take place during the second part-session on Tuesday, April 20.

Now the ugliest part, the 21 that voted against are members from , , and - yes you guessed it, Russia!
